Coronavirus (COVID-19) Service Update

As the Covid-19 situation develops, so do the measures required by us to safeguard our customers and staff whilst adhering responsibly to the government directives that are designed to protect us all.

It is a worrying time for everyone, but rest assured Equine America is doing everything it can to support you and the welfare and wellbeing of your family and animals.

Website and Customer Service team ready to help

To ensure we can continue to get products to you, we have introduced further measures in our office and warehouse that comply with NHS and Government guidelines whilst maintaining business as usual wherever possible.

In order to protect both staff and customers all members of staff are now working from home except for a small dedicated warehouse and despatch team which is made up exclusively of family members (we are a family run business after all). This enables us to maintain robust and responsible social distancing practices at all times while ensuring your products will be dispatched for delivery as usual.

Our Website continues to be fully operational and ready to take your orders as normal, as do our Customer Services Team who are set up to work remotely and able to deal with any enquiries via phone, LiveChat and email. Retail partners who are able to remain open will of course continue to have their normal range of Equine America products available.

To date we have not experienced any supply issues but this may change if any of our factories start to experience problems. Therefore, please bear with us if the item you require is not immediately available.

Our courier networks are continuing to operate as normal however in some areas they are experiencing delays in delivery therefore we can no longer guarantee next day delivery.

These are confusing and constantly evolving times, with the government and NHS guidelines changing almost on a daily basis.

While being a responsible citizen we also promise to do our very best to keep you fully updated on any changes to our service and will be remaining active within our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram - taking questions, providing tips and advice and generally trying to make this difficult time a little bit easier.
