Deborah Leabeater MSc.Eq.S. CBiol. R.Nutr.

Equine Nutritionist

Deborah is instrumental in the formulation of Equine America products and is heavily involved in their design and development. She has a Master's degree in Equine Science, is a Chartered Biologist and member of the Nutrition Society.

Nicholas Townsend

Operations Manager

Nick joined Equine America in 2020 and has over seven years experience working with e-commerce stores and running digital campaigns. He is easily distracted by all the dogs in the office and loves winter walks with his favourite dog, Schnapps.

Beccy Middleton

Accounts

Beccy joined Equine America at the same time as Lee and has always been heavily involved in the horse world. When she is not in the office she will be out riding and can often be found up and down the country competing.

Elaine Leslie

Office Administrator

Elaine works on the admin side, processing order's and dealing with the everyday questions. She has worked at Equine America since the beginning. Outside of work, Elaine is keen on all equestrian disciplines but takes part in Carriage Driving events and enjoys travelling.

Steve Hinchey

Sales

Steve is our singing salesman and is always happy to speak with new customers. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and trying to improve his golf handicap. He is also the proud winner of the Three Chili Challenge and resident Bacon Chef!

Dr Kathryn Tuckett BVetMed Cert AVP (EP) MRCVS

Veterinary Technical Advisor

Kathryn, our in-house vet graduated from Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice specialising in Equine Practice. She has two young boys a Shetland and loves donkeys!

Victoria Leabeater

Marketing Manager

Victoria joined Equine America in 2021 and helps to run our Social Media channels and look after all our fantastic UK and International Brand Ambassadors. You will also see Victoria at all our big tradeshows.

Esme Crowfoot

Logistics Manager

Esme began her Equine America career in the warehouse before moving into the office and is now instrumental in navigating us through an ever changing world. Esme uses her job to fund a mild shopping addiction!

Zoe Sopp

International Sales Manager

Zoe has a wealth of equine experience competing up to, and including GP Dressage. In addition she has also trained riders and trained horses successfully at National and International level.

Victoria Adams

International Marketing Manager

The “other” Victoria at Equine America - more commonly known as Spot - first joined the company in 2019. One of the least horsey members of the team, she brings with her many years marketing experience and is also heavily involved in the operational side of the business, especially in Europe and other growing markets.

Perry Colgate

Sales

Perry has been a professional show jumping rider and trainer for more than thirty years. In that time, he has won hundreds of national and international classes. You will find him at shows up and down the country.

Pieter van Kemenade

European Sales

Pieter started working at Equine America in 2021 and has more than 15 years' experience as a show jumping rider. Besides riding, he loves to spend time at restaurants and take part in indoor football competitions.

Rudi Bird

International Warehouse Manager

Rudi joined our team at the end of 2021 and not only does she make sure our UK orders go out smoothly, she helps to run our European HQ at Helmond making sure everything works smoothly out there too!

Jarad has grown up around horses. He has ridden and groomed for his Mum and sister for National and International competitions. He is enjoying learning about Equine America products and working with such a supportive and friendly team.
