Equine Nutritionist

Deborah is instrumental in the formulation of Equine America products and is heavily involved in their design and development. She has a Master's degree in Equine Science, is a Chartered Biologist and member of the Nutrition Society.

Technical Advisor

Kathryn, our in-house vet graduated from Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice specialising in Equine Practice. She has two young boys a Shetland and loves donkeys!

Equine Nutritionist

Griz has a background in equine science and postgraduate studies in animal nutrition and brings experience across nutrition, marketing and brand management. Outside work, she enjoys riding her Warmblood, Playboy, and travelling the country with her son, to show their pedigree Blue Texel sheep.

International Director

Victoria first joined the company in 2019. One of the least horsey members of the team, she brings with her many years of marketing experience and is also heavily involved in the operational side of the business, especially in Europe and other growing markets.

Nick joined Equine America in 2020 and has over ten years experience working with e-commerce stores. He is easily distracted by all the dogs in the office and loves winter walks with his favourite dog, Schnapps.

Operations Development and HR Manager

Paul joined EA with 15yrs of operational management experience. He is here to support the continued growth of the company by developing our processes and procedures and doubles up as “the I.T guy”.

Office Administrator

Elaine works on the admin side, processing order's and dealing with the everyday questions. She has worked at Equine America since the beginning. Outside of work, Elaine is keen on all equestrian disciplines but takes part in Carriage Driving events and enjoys travelling.

Customer Account & Sales Administrator

Katie joined the team in 2026 and provides support to our EU and UK customers. Katie has been around horses most of her life and when shes not in the office, you will find her with horses!

Sales and Office Administrator

Emma has over 20 years of experience training and working with horses, including a notable role with the Royal Family in state and ceremonial duties. Originally from New Zealand, she moved to England 12 years ago and hasn't looked back, though she sometimes wonders why she left sunny beaches for rainy mornings.

Office Administrator

Grace plays a key role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly at EA. Outside work, she enjoys reading, yoga and walks in the Surrey Hills - ideally followed by a well earned glass of wine!

Sales Manager

Dominic joined team EA in early 2024 and brings over 20 years of sales experience. In his spare time he is a father to his two children, enjoys playing golf and attending music concerts.

Perry has been a professional show jumping rider and trainer for more than thirty years. In that time, he has won hundreds of national and international classes. You will find him at shows up and down the country.

European Sales

Pieter started working at Equine America in 2021 and has more than 15 years' experience as a show jumping rider. Besides riding, he loves to spend time at restaurants and take part in indoor football competitions.

Marketing Manager

Oliver is the third generation to join the family business. He recently joined the EA team and works alongside his dad to help keep the company running smoothly.

Lead Designer

A recent photography graduate, Becky is our go to for all things creative! Watch out for her designs on everything from our packaging to social posts! She is often armed with her camera so make sure to be photo-ready!

Social Media Manager

Previously a 3* event rider, Harrison joins the team with a Business Management degree, to be the face of EA for all things social media!

Marketing Assistant

Anna began her Equine America career in the warehouse in early 2023, before moving to the marketing team. When she's not working you can find her on the netball court or with her horse!

When Lucy isn't at work you will usually find her outdoors or trying out a new recipe as she has a huge passion for nutrition.

International Warehouse Manager

Rudi joined our team at the end of 2021 and not only does she make sure our UK orders go out smoothly, she helps to run our European HQ at Helmond making sure everything works smoothly out there too!

Warehouse Operative

Sophie has worked as a groom, and loves being around horses. In her spare time you will find her walking her dog Darcey.

Rob is an experienced hand at running operations in the UK warehouse. When Rob is not working, you can definitely find him by a lake fishing!

Accounts

Beccy joined Equine America at the same time as Lee and has always been heavily involved in the horse world. When she is not in the office she will be out riding and can often be found up and down the country competing.

Alex joined Equine America in 2024, his responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Tax compliance and Budgeting. Aside from having fun on spreadsheets, he spends much of his free time watching live music or playing tennis.
