Delivery & Returns
UK Next Working Day Delivery
We offer two delivery options:
- DPD Next Day Delivery and Royal Mail 24
- Free for orders over £28, £3.99 for orders under £28.
- If you have a courier preference, please contact us before or at the point of ordering and we will endeavour to facilitate your request.
Ordering Deadlines & Processing
- Place your order before 12pm to receive next working day delivery* (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day.
*During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may vary.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
- DPD provides a 1-hour time slot for delivery via SMS and email (if details are provided at checkout). Use the DPD App to manage your delivery with one tap!
- Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours, but tracking updates may be limited depending on the service used.
- If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 14 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you. Due to changes with Royal Mail, we have to follow a ticket system for complaints.
Delivery Hours
- DPD deliveries typically arrive between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
- Royal Mail 24 deliveries vary based on postal routes but usually arrive during standard Royal Mail delivery hours.
Delivery Exclusions & Restrictions
Certain postcodes may require 2-4 business days for delivery. These include: AB31 - AB35, AB36 - AB38, AB41 - AB54, AB55 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, G83-G84, GY9, HS1 - HS9, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 - KW14, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA78, PH15 - PH18, PH19 - PH29, PH32 - PH33, PH45 - PH48, PH30 - PH31, PH34 - PH44, PH49 - PH99, TR21-25, ZE, BFPO.
Returns Policy
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
- Faulty Items: Equine America will cover the return cost.

Delivery Commitments & External Factors
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times outlined in our policy, all delivery timelines—including Royal Mail 24 and DPD Next Day Delivery—are subject to external factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- National or regional postal disruptions
- High seasonal demand (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
- Unexpected carrier delays or operational issues
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee that orders will always arrive within the specified timeframe. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that delivery dates provided are estimates only, and Equine America shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our direct control.
