Our loyalty scheme is our way of saying thank you for shopping with Equine America. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about earning and using your points.
  • You can spend your EA Points by logging into your customer account and clicking on the launcher, under the 'Rewards' sections, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim.

  • You can now use your points on all Equine America products.

  • Our loyalty EA points programme is totally free! We do it to say 'thank you' to our amazing customers!

  • No, there is no expiry date for your EA Points.

  • In most cases, loyalty rewards can’t be combined with other discount codes in the same order. This helps keep offers fair and consistent for all customers.

  • No — your loyalty points don’t expire, as long as your account remains active.

  • Your points balance reflects completed, qualifying orders.

    If an order is refunded, cancelled, or returned, the associated points may be
    removed or adjusted.

  • Points are earned on the value of qualifying products only. Shipping costs and VAT aren’t included when calculating points.

  • Loyalty points are linked to your Equine America account and can’t be transferred between customers.

  • Simply locate the red ‘EA LOYALTY POINTS’ button on the right-hand side of the website. From here, you can sign up or log in to your Equine America account and open the panel to view your points balance.

  • No — we won’t remove loyalty points without a clear reason, such as a refunded or cancelled order.

  • If you can’t see the loyalty panel:

    • Make sure you’re logged into your account
    • Try refreshing the page
    • Check that pop-ups aren’t being blocked

    If you’re still having trouble, our team will be happy to help.

  • Points are added once an order has been placed and paid for. If you've just ordered, please allow a short time for your points to appear in your account.

  • Loyalty points are earned on most qualifying purchases, including some promotional offers. Some exclusions may apply during special promotions.

Subscriptions & EA Points

  • No, unfortuantely you cannot use loyalty points on your subscription. Ongoing subscription deliveries are automatic and already include savings.

  • Yes - absolutely. You can still use these loyalty points on one-off purchases, such as top-ups occasional extras. Just not on your subscription product.

  • A one-off or top-up order is simply a regular order placed outside your subscription, for example:

    • Ordering an extra product
    • Topping up earlier than planned
    • Buying a gift
    • Trying something new
